Testosterone + Growth Hormone
Best for Men who want testosterone and growth hormone handled together under one program — not split across two clinics.
- The only clinic in Canada running both therapies on a single specialist-led platform.
- Both therapies calibrated to the same 60+ biomarker panel — one protocol, not two.
- Improves drive, strength, sleep, recovery, and body composition.
- HSA and insurance eligible.
Qualifying patients complete a comprehensive 60+ biomarker bloodwork panel (starting from $685, 95% refundable if our specialist determines you’re not a candidate) before your first prescription ships. Bloodwork lets our specialist confirm both therapies are safe for you and sets a baseline for dosing.

Why combine TRT and Growth Hormone instead of one?
The two protocols work different axes. TRT restores the testosterone your body has stopped making in adequate volume; growth hormone supports recovery, lean-mass retention, and sleep-quality pathways the testosterone axis doesn’t reach. Many patients feel the testosterone shift first — energy, libido, drive — and the growth hormone effect builds underneath it over months. Running both isn’t a default. If you request the combo, your Gambit specialist makes the call after reviewing your bloodwork.
What does a typical week look like on the combo?
One weekly intramuscular injection for the testosterone side, typically into the gluteal muscle, and one nightly subcutaneous pen injection for the growth hormone side. The pen takes under a minute once you’re used to it. Most patients fold the nightly pen into their bedtime routine and do the weekly injection on a fixed day.
Will my bloodwork get more complicated?
The combo panel adds growth hormone factors on top of the standard TRT markers (Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, PSA, Hematocrit, lipid and metabolic panels). One draw covers both sides. Growth hormone factor results take longer to come back than the testosterone markers, which is why initial growth hormone review runs 10–14 business days. Ongoing follow-up stays bloodwork-guided and specialist-monitored.
What side effects should I watch for on the combo?
The testosterone side has its own profile (mood and libido shifts, hematocrit movement, PSA monitoring). The growth hormone side adds its own watch list: fluid retention in the hands or feet, joint or muscle discomfort, and shifts in glucose or insulin sensitivity. Carpal tunnel symptoms can show up at higher doses. Our health team flags any of these on review and your Gambit specialist adjusts the dose before they become a problem.
Can I start TRT first and add Growth Hormone later?
Yes. Many patients begin with injectable TRT alone, get stable on it, and add growth hormone later once they’ve seen what testosterone alone changes. The combo isn’t locked in from day one. The reverse path (growth hormone first, TRT later) is rarer but possible if your bloodwork supports it. Your Gambit specialist sequences the protocols based on what your markers and goals look like.
What if I don’t tolerate the Growth Hormone side?
You stay on TRT. The two protocols aren’t fused — if the growth hormone side doesn’t suit you, your Gambit specialist discontinues that arm and your testosterone protocol continues as a standalone. No restart, no second comprehensive. The reverse holds too: if testosterone isn’t the right fit, the growth hormone arm can stand on its own.
Is any of this covered by my insurance or HSA?
Patients with a health spending account or drug spending account often get reimbursed on the medication side — submit the pharmacy receipt. Specialist assessment fees may also be HSA-eligible. Growth hormone is the larger monthly line, so confirm coverage with your benefits administrator before starting.
Will the combo affect my fertility?
The testosterone side will. Like any TRT, it signals your body to slow its own testosterone production, which can reduce sperm output over time. The growth hormone side doesn’t suppress fertility the same way. If preserving fertility matters to you now or later, tell our health team during your assessment — there are fertility-sparing alternatives that support your body’s own production instead of replacing it.
