Fertility-Friendly Testosterone

Best for Men who want testosterone support without shutting down their body's own production — planning a family now, soon, or keeping the door open.

  • Raises testosterone without suppressing your natural production.
  • Works with your body's own hormone signalling, so testicular function and fertility stay intact during treatment.
  • Improves mood, libido, strength, and energy.
  • A daily oral protocol — no needles, no skin application.

Qualifying patients complete a comprehensive bloodwork panel (starting from $485, 95% refundable if our specialist determines you’re not a candidate) before your first prescription ships. Bloodwork lets our specialist confirm testosterone is safe for you and sets a baseline for dosing.

Stimulate the source. Sustain the system.

Fertility-friendly testosterone: works upstream at the pituitary, raising the hormones that drive your own testosterone production; steady-state levels build over 2–4 weeks.

Fertility-Friendly Testosterone

  • Specialist-tuned dosing based on your baseline LH, FSH, and Total T — not a flat starter dose handed to every patient.
  • Works through your body’s own feedback loop, so testosterone rises within physiological range and your testes keep producing.
  • One capsule a day. The long half-life keeps levels steady — no weekly peaks, no daily skin application, no transfer-risk routine.
  • Patients report better energy, mood, libido, and focus once levels stabilize, with testicular function and fertility intact.

Optimized testosterone. Measurable results.

Your bloodwork sets the target. Our specialist tunes the protocol around your symptoms and goals, then re-tests and adjusts until your levels reflect where they should be — not just within range, but optimized.

How does fertility-friendly testosterone work?

It signals your pituitary to release more LH and FSH — the hormones that tell your testes to produce testosterone. Your body builds steady-state levels through its own feedback loop over 2–4 weeks. This is endogenous production, not exogenous testosterone.

How do I take it?

One capsule a day, same time each day. That’s the whole protocol. Our specialist tunes the dose to your bloodwork, then adjusts based on how your LH, FSH, and Total T respond on follow-up labs. No injections, no application sites, no scheduling around a workout.

When will I notice changes?

Steady-state hormone levels build over 2–4 weeks. Subjective changes — energy, mood, libido, recovery — develop alongside that, with most men reporting meaningful shifts over the first 8–12 weeks as testicular function and natural production stabilize. We don’t promise a feeling on a date. We track the markers and let the labs lead.

What are the potential side effects?

The most-discussed one is mood change — irritability, low mood, or feeling flat — which usually settles within the first few weeks but is worth flagging to our health team if it persists. Less common but specific to this drug class: transient visual disturbances (blurred vision, flickers, light sensitivity). Rare, almost always reversible, but never to be ignored — stop and contact our specialist if it happens.

Because testosterone rises, you may also see elevated estradiol (bloating, sensitivity around the chest tissue, mood shifts) and a small risk of gynecomastia if estradiol is left unmanaged. Our specialist watches estradiol on every panel and treats it before it becomes a problem.

Standard testosterone-related markers still apply: PSA changes in some men, possible hematocrit elevation — both reasons regular bloodwork is built into the protocol. On hair loss: any rise in testosterone can convert to DHT, which may accelerate male-pattern thinning in genetically predisposed men. If that’s a concern, our specialist can pair your protocol with hair-loss medication that targets DHT — oral or topical.

Will I see the same results as a stronger TRT option?

Honest answer: not always. Injectable TRT can push testosterone to higher peak levels because it adds testosterone directly. This protocol works through your own feedback loop, so levels rise into physiological range — not above it. For most men, that’s the whole point: real testosterone results without the trade-offs of a shutdown protocol. If your bloodwork later suggests you’d benefit from a different route, our specialist can move you to one.

Does it shut down my body’s natural production?

No — the protocol works by stimulating your body’s own production. By signalling the pituitary to release more LH and FSH, it asks the testes to produce more testosterone, not less. Testicular function and size are preserved through treatment. That’s the design of the protocol, not a side benefit.

Will it affect my fertility?

No. Preserving fertility is the entire reason this protocol exists. Because testosterone is produced inside the testes — driven by the LH and FSH this medication elevates — sperm production and testicular function stay intact during treatment. Some men on this protocol see fertility markers improve. If fertility is the priority, mention it to our health team during your assessment so our specialist can build the protocol around it.

Do I need bloodwork to start?

Yes. Bloodwork is required to confirm eligibility, set the right starting dose, and let our specialist monitor your response over time. The panel covers Total T, Free T, LH, FSH, and estradiol — the same markers that drive every dose decision afterward.

You can run the panel at any local lab — LifeLabs, APL, Dynacare, or your hospital lab all work. If you’ve had recent bloodwork, share it during your assessment as context — but our panel includes proprietary markers Dr. Salim needs before prescribing, so you’ll still complete the Gambit panel as part of getting started.
