Important safety information
About this medication
Sexual Performance Peptide is a once-daily peptide protocol delivered through a small nasal applicator. It is prescribed by our internal medicine specialist (MD, FRCPC) to support libido and intimacy, ease stress and anxiety responses, and support steadier mood and emotional connection. Most patients describe effects as subtle in the early days and more consistent over the early weeks of regular use.
This protocol is prepared in a Canadian-licensed pharmacy and is prescribed for the mood, social, stress, and sexual indications described above. Our internal medicine specialist takes clinical responsibility for the prescription and will determine whether this protocol is the right option for you based on your intake, your goals, your medical history, and the rest of the medications you are using.
How to use it
- Use once daily as directed by our internal medicine specialist — frequency, timing, and the number of sprays per dose are individualized to you.
- Gently blow your nose before use. Hold the applicator upright, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and breathe in gently through your nose as you spray. Alternate nostrils if our specialist directs.
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Do not double up if you miss a dose — simply take the next scheduled dose at its regular time.
- Effects build gradually. Most patients notice subtle changes in mood, relaxation, or felt connection during the early days of consistent use. More consistent changes in stress tolerance and relationship dynamics build over the first few weeks.
- Store the applicator in the refrigerator, tightly closed, away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not change frequency, timing, or treatment plan without checking in with our specialist.
Common side effects
- Nasal irritation, dryness, or a runny nose, especially in the early days.
- Mild headache.
- Temporary flushing.
- Mild nausea.
Less common side effects
- Dizziness or fatigue.
- Changes in mood or emotional sensitivity — sometimes the same systems the protocol is supporting can feel temporarily more reactive while your body adjusts.
- Changes in how your body regulates sodium and fluid balance, which may matter more if you are older, take certain antidepressants, or take diuretics. Our internal medicine specialist will weigh this at intake.
- Mild sinus discomfort.
Stop and contact your Gambit health team or seek medical care
- Difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, or any signs of a serious allergic reaction — seek emergency care immediately.
- Severe headache or chest pain — seek emergency care immediately.
- New or rapidly worsening mood changes, suicidal thoughts, or psychiatric symptoms — seek emergency care immediately.
- Persistent or worsening side effects that don’t settle after the early days — message your Gambit health team and we’ll route the question to our internal medicine specialist.
Who this is not for
- Anyone with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to peptide-class medicines or to any ingredient in the formulation.
- Anyone with an active psychiatric condition that is not yet stabilized — this protocol is not a replacement for primary psychiatric care, and patients in an active unstable mental-health phase should work with their treating psychiatrist or family doctor first.
- Anyone with chronic or frequent migraine disorders — discuss with our internal medicine specialist before starting.
- Anyone with hormone-sensitive conditions (including hormone-sensitive cancers or significant endocrine disorders) — discuss with our specialist before starting.
- Anyone with severe cardiovascular disease.
- Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding — safety data for this nasal applicator outside hospital obstetric use is limited.
- Children and adolescents — this protocol is prescribed for adult patients only.
Other products and medications to disclose
- All prescription mental-health medications you are currently using or have recently stopped, including antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs), anti-anxiety medications, mood stabilizers, sleep medications, and ADHD medications.
- Any hormone therapy you are on, including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, or thyroid medication.
- Diuretics (“water pills”) or other medications that affect fluid or sodium balance.
- Other prescription medications, supplements, alcohol patterns, cannabis use, and your full medical history.
- Any counseling, talk-therapy, or couples-therapy work you are doing — our internal medicine specialist may sequence the protocol to complement it.
Our internal medicine specialist will weigh all of this alongside your goals before issuing or continuing a prescription.
This summary is for general patient information and is not a substitute for the prescribing specialist’s instructions. Use only as directed by our internal medicine specialist.
We solved the disconnect. So can you.
-
Supports libido, mood, and a calmer stress response. Not a quick fix.
-
A daily nasal applicator. Not another appointment.
-
Specialist-prescribed and prepared in a Canadian pharmacy.
Honest reviews for Gambit.
To be honest, I thought It was expensive at first, but I realized later on after my 90 day mark that it was worth every penny I paid for I've definitely put a few of my friends on and they're also doing amazing.
Great experience at Gambit Medical Clinic. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and you truly feel supported by a team who take the time to listen and provide quality care. The clinic is accessible 7 days a week, and being able to get a specialist review within 24-48 hours instead of waiting months makes a huge difference. Highly recommend
Customer service is awsome, for the price I pay it's honestly extremely worth it. I've been getting 24/7 support whenever I need it. Even tho I'm younger I never knew how much I was lacking in my health, they have honestly changed my life and the expertise and medical knowledge they have surpass any doctor I have ever worked with. If you have brain fog and your tired and you don't know what's up, you have to contact getgambit and get the comprehensive assessment done, you'll learn a lot about your body that you've never known before
Great experience with Get Gambit Clinic. The team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. I've even added my wife to the program because of how good the experience has been. Highly recommend.
Gambit was amazing , it definitely changed my life. At first to be honest I thought I was paying too much until I started treatment. I was getting checked in on frequently. I had all my inquiries and calls answered with in 24 hours even on weekends. I had amazing check up time with proper care and proper explanation of my blood work. The quality of care is honestly very different from the clinic I came from and it's the best I have seen.
Very professional team and great service. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you're taken care of. Really happy with my experience
Great experience overall. The team at Get Gambit was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the process felt smooth and well organized. I appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a reliable team.
Has been super good so far. Anytime I have any questions about anything they are always happy to help. The process was pretty straightforward and simple. Starting to feel much better.
Get Gambit has been the best! Best decision ever!! The customer service has been phenomenal, You can tell Get Gambit values the patient experience. From intake to consultation, everything felt structured but still personal. They took time to understand the situation instead of offering a generic solution.. I know what a great company looks like, they treat their customers like kings. Eric has been very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Salim tailored a custom plan to my needs. All the assessments were virtual which was very convenient for me. The medications are usually covered by the insurance and deliveries have discreet and really fast. Highly grateful for finding this professional online clinic, again best decision ever!!
This feels like how healthcare should be in 2026: efficient, digital, and personalized. Booking was easy, the consultation was smooth and totally free and the care plan made sense. From my first inquiry to my follow-up appointment, the customer service at Get Gambit exceptionally stood out, Eric has been very helpful. Every message was answered quickly and clearly. I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. The team made sure I understood each step and checked in afterward to see how things were going. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference.
I had an excellent experience with Get Gambit. I ran into a delivery issue where the carrier lost my package containing a three-month supply of TRT and Pregnyl. Despite the situation being out of their control, Eric handled the case quickly and professionally. He took charge of the issue right away and arranged for my order to be reshipped at no additional cost. The communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. Great customer service, reliable support, and a company that truly stands behind its customers. I highly recommend Get Gambit.
Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome… informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. His follow up shows me that he takes pride in how his company works. Definitely ain't cheap lol but if you have an insurance carrier that covers a portion of it I would say go for it. We'll see what happens in the next few months with this 55 yr old
THE PROTOCOL
What is sexual performance peptide?
A once-daily intranasal peptide protocol.
Sexual performance peptide is a peptide medicine delivered through a small nasal applicator, once each morning. It’s prescribed by our internal medicine specialist, prepared in a Canadian-licensed pharmacy under that prescription, and built for the daily routine of patients who want their libido, their mood, and the way they feel close to people to settle into something steadier. It sits in a category of its own — not the supplement-aisle libido bottle you can pull off a shelf, not the on-demand tablet a partner reaches for in the moment — and that’s the most useful thing to know before reading further.
How does the protocol work?
The protocol works by supporting the body’s natural pathways involved in libido, emotional intimacy, mood, and the way the body’s stress response is firing. Once each morning, you gently blow your nose, sit upright with the applicator, and take one measured spray while breathing in gently through your nose — alternating nostrils if our specialist directs it that way. The applicator is prepared to your prescription by a Canadian-licensed pharmacy and refrigerated between uses. The changes patients describe tend to be subtle in the early days — a calmer baseline, a small lift in mood, an easier conversation with someone close — and more consistent over the early weeks as the protocol takes hold. Some patients use it as a standalone; others use it alongside counseling or another therapy our specialist coordinates with their broader care.
Is this protocol right for me?
It fits adults who are feeling some version of the disconnect: a libido that’s flattened out without a clear cause, or feeling further from the people who matter than you used to. It fits people who want a structured daily protocol under our internal medicine specialist’s supervision rather than rotating through libido supplements or reaching for an on-demand tablet that wasn’t built for the feeling. It is not the right starting point if you’re currently navigating an unstable psychiatric condition, or if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding — please flag those on your intake and our specialist will talk through them with you before anything is prescribed. Whether this protocol is the right fit for you — or whether something else on our shelf, or alongside counseling or another therapy, would serve your case better — is a clinical call our specialist makes once the picture is complete.

The Executive Ceiling is Biological.
Introducing Gambit Gold — Canada’s most advanced executive health program. It gives you direct, one-on-one video meetings with Dr. Hatem Salim — Gambit’s medical director, internal medicine specialist, and Associate Professor of Medicine at Western University — on demand. He walks you through your file and explains exactly what every marker means, and what to do next.
A yearly physical sees a snapshot. Gold builds a record.
Who is this protocol for, and who isn't it for?
It fits adults feeling some version of the disconnect — a flattened libido, a stress response that won’t settle, the kind of social-emotional distance that’s easy to feel and hard to name. Patients who’ve ruled out sleep, alcohol, and the relationship itself and still feel something dampened.
Not for patients with a hormone-sensitive condition, severe cardiovascular disease, or a chronic migraine disorder — our internal medicine specialist screens at intake. Not for an unstabilized mental-health condition; that needs primary care first. Not during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or active trying-to-conceive — the safety data isn’t there.
How long until I feel something?
Subtle shifts often show up in the early days — a quieter baseline, easier conversation, a stress response that takes less out of you. Light-touch by design.
The more consistent changes — libido more present, mood steadier, the social-emotional distance easing — build over the early weeks as the protocol takes hold. The effect compounds with steady use rather than spiking from any single application. Most patients who stop early stop right before the consistent arc starts to register. Give it the runway it needs, and our specialist will check in along the way.
Will it interact with my antidepressants, anxiety meds, or other prescriptions?
Often yes — but case by case. Antidepressants overlap with the patient population this protocol is built for, and the published data on combining them isn’t fully settled. Our specialist reviews your full medication list at intake: what you’re on, how long, whether timing or sequencing adjustments make sense.
List every prescription, over-the-counter, and regular supplement when you complete your intake — hormone therapies, anxiety meds, sleep aids, ADHD medications. If something feels off after starting, you flag it and our specialist adjusts.
Is this the same as the peptide nasal sprays I see online?
Same general class of molecule in some cases — different supply chain. Intranasal peptide products from research-peptide vendors, forum-recommended sources, or unregulated international suppliers aren’t made for human therapeutic use. Strength varies bottle-to-bottle. Sterility isn’t held to pharmacy standards. The liquid it’s mixed into may not be safe for the inside of your nose. And there’s no clinician between you and the bottle.
The protocol here is prescribed by our specialist after intake review, prepared to your prescription by a Canadian-licensed pharmacy at a known strength, and dispensed under provincial pharmacy oversight.
None of this is to say everyone who’s tried a forum-sourced vial is reckless — many people are doing their honest best in a category that’s been confusing for years. The prescription path is built for a different level of clinical responsibility.
Can I use this alongside therapy, counseling, or other sexual-health treatments?
Yes — and many patients do. The protocol supports the felt-state side; therapy works on the cognitive, relational, and behavioural side. They reinforce each other. If you’re already in therapy, stay in therapy. The protocol isn’t a substitute for that work.
If you’re already prescribed an on-demand tablet for erectile function, a daily medication for premature ejaculation, or a libido medication on a different mechanism, our specialist looks at the full picture at intake — whether stacking with what you have makes sense or whether a different sequence does.
If you’re working with a mental-health practitioner, your Gambit health team coordinates where it’s useful. You stay in charge of who knows what.
Is this safe if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No — not while pregnant or breastfeeding. The safety data outside of a hospital obstetric setting isn’t there yet, and the conservative path is to wait. We’d recommend pausing if you’re actively trying to conceive.
If you’ve been using the protocol and learn you’re pregnant, message your Gambit health team and we’ll route to our specialist for next steps.
What if the protocol doesn't work for me?
Not every protocol works for every patient. Most patients who think it isn’t working are judging it at the early-days stage, before the consistent arc has built. The protocol gets fair evaluation at the cadence it’s designed for, not before.
If you’ve given it an honest run and the disconnect isn’t easing, our specialist has options — sometimes a dose adjustment, sometimes pairing with one of Gambit’s adjacent programs, sometimes the honest call that this particular protocol isn’t the right fit. Our internal medicine specialist will walk you through what does.
