Common Signs of Low Growth Hormone
Fading energy or motivation? It can be linked to declining growth hormone levels, along with sleep, stress, and other health factors. A biomarker panel helps determine whether growth hormone is a factor for you.
Poor sleep quality and slower recovery after exercise can be linked to declining growth hormone levels, alongside age and other health factors. Lab testing helps determine whether hormones are contributing.
Reduced exercise tolerance or physical stamina can be linked to growth hormone levels, alongside training, nutrition, and other factors. A comprehensive panel helps pinpoint the cause.
Changes in muscle mass, strength, or body fat are commonly linked to growth hormone levels, among other causes. A specialist-guided panel helps clarify what's driving the change.

Clear answers. Built from your own data.
Growth hormone production declines by about 14% per decade of adult life — but a single number doesn't tell the whole story. A comprehensive panel gives you a specialist-reviewed picture of 60+ biomarkers, including the growth hormone factors relevant to you, reviewed in the context of your history and symptoms, not just whether a single number sits "in range."
These figures reflect peer-reviewed research on growth hormone and aging, from studies by Iranmanesh A et al. and Toogood AA et al.
Real patients. Real results.
To be honest, I thought It was expensive at first, but I realized later on after my 90 day mark that it was worth every penny I paid for I've definitely put a few of my friends on and they're also doing amazing.

What is low growth hormone, and how does the assessment work?
Growth hormone health looks at how human growth hormone and related markers may interact with your energy, sleep, recovery, and body composition. Our assessment starts with a clinical intake and relevant biomarker testing where appropriate. Our specialist reviews your health history, medications, risk factors, and lab results in context to determine whether further evaluation makes sense.
How do I know what's right for me?
You don’t need to choose alone. Your intake, goals, history, and medications guide the assessment pathway. Some patients start with the focused eligibility assessment; others are better suited to the comprehensive biomarker panel. Our specialist reviews testing and next steps in clinical context.
Can I do this without going into a clinic?
Yes. Gambit is a Canadian telehealth service. Complete your intake online, and when lab testing applies, blood collection is arranged through a certified partner laboratory in your province. A licensed clinician reviews your results, and our health team discusses clinically appropriate next steps. In-person care or a specialist referral may still make sense in some cases.
What does this cost?
Eligibility assessment: $100, credited toward your comprehensive assessment if you qualify and proceed. The comprehensive assessment starts at $685 plus provincial %.
Does bloodwork confirm low growth hormone?
Bloodwork is one part of the assessment. Growth hormone factors are interpreted alongside your symptoms, history, medications, sleep, stress, age, and sex. A lab result alone doesn’t confirm low growth hormone or determine treatment — our specialist reviews your results in full context.
What markers may be reviewed?
Testing may include hormone, thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, nutrient, liver, kidney, and blood health markers. Growth hormone assessment may include selected growth hormone factors. The exact panel depends on your sex, age, symptoms, history, province, and our specialist’s judgment.
Will I receive treatment after my assessment?
Treatment isn’t guaranteed. Any treatment, referral, or follow-up plan is considered only when your results support it and reviewed by our specialist. If treatment isn’t right for you, our specialist may recommend lifestyle changes, further testing, specialist referral, or care through your primary care provider.
Can I use my results with another clinician?
Yes. Your lab results and assessment summary can support future conversations with your primary care provider, an endocrinologist, or another licensed healthcare professional.
