Subscription Policy

Welcome to Get Gambit. This Subscription Policy explains the terms that apply to recurring billing, membership services, follow up services, care coordination, assessments, and related services provided by Get Gambit.
By enrolling in a recurring service or subscription, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, this Subscription Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on our website. Capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meanings set out in the Terms of Use unless otherwise stated.
1. Subscription to Certain Services
Get Gambit may offer certain services on a recurring or subscription basis, including but not limited to:
- Medical assessments, follow ups, and lab requisition coordination
- Health program memberships
- Care coordination and monitoring services
- Payment plans for eligible services or products
- Other recurring services made available through Get Gambit
Recurring services may vary based on eligibility, province, service availability, clinical need, and clinician judgement.
2. Billing, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected by you. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Get Gambit and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable subscription fees.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in accordance with this Policy or the applicable service terms. You will be notified in advance of any material changes to subscription fees where required.
Cancellation Policy: You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting Get Gambit by email or phone. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the applicable service terms.
If you are enrolled in a clinical, monitoring, or follow up service that requires safe transition or review before cancellation, Get Gambit may require reasonable time for the care team to review the request and coordinate appropriate next steps.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may not be cancelled where they relate to a completed service, outstanding balance, or previously initiated service.
Refunds: Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy and any applicable service terms.
3. Changes to Subscription Terms
Get Gambit may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Where required, Get Gambit will provide notice of material changes to subscription terms before they take effect.

Get Gambit provides clinician guided health assessments, biomarker testing coordination, pharmacy coordination where applicable, and telehealth support. Testing and recommendations are based on clinical intake, health history, symptoms, age, sex, available lab data, medications, risk factors, and clinician judgement. Biomarker testing is not a diagnosis by itself and does not replace emergency care or ongoing care from your primary care provider. Any treatment, referral, prescription, monitoring, or follow up is considered only when clinically appropriate and reviewed by a licensed clinician.
