Joint & Tissue Repair Peptide

Oral. Daily. Built for recovery.

A daily oral peptide protocol that supports tissue repair, eases the inflammation behind stiff joints, and helps your body rebound the way it used to — without injections, ice baths, or another round of physio that goes nowhere.

  • Specialist-prescribed oral peptide, one capsule each morning with water, taken at the same time daily.
  • Designed to support tissue repair and ease the daily stiffness that lingers between training days.
  • No injections; no daily pill rotation across half a dozen supplements.
  • Delivered discreetly to your door, with ongoing check-ins from our specialist.

Qualifying patients complete a comprehensive bloodwork panel (starting from $485, 95% refundable if our specialist determines you’re not a candidate) before your first prescription ships. Bloodwork lets our specialist confirm peptide therapy is safe for you and sets a baseline for dosing.

Gambit was amazing , it definitely changed my life. At first to be honest I thought I was paying too much until I started treatment. I was getting checked in on frequently. I had all my inquiries and calls answered with in 24 hours even on weekends. I had amazing check up time with proper care and proper explanation of my blood work. The quality of care is honestly very different from the clinic I came from and it's the best I have seen.

Get Gambit has been the best! Best decision ever!! The customer service has been phenomenal, You can tell Get Gambit values the patient experience. From intake to consultation, everything felt structured but still personal. They took time to understand the situation instead of offering a generic solution.. I know what a great company looks like, they treat their customers like kings. Eric has been very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Salim tailored a custom plan to my needs. All the assessments were virtual which was very convenient for me. The medications are usually covered by the insurance and deliveries have discreet and really fast. Highly grateful for finding this professional online clinic, again best decision ever!!

I had an excellent experience with Get Gambit. I ran into a delivery issue where the carrier lost my package containing a three-month supply of TRT and Pregnyl. Despite the situation being out of their control, Eric handled the case quickly and professionally. He took charge of the issue right away and arranged for my order to be reshipped at no additional cost. The communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. Great customer service, reliable support, and a company that truly stands behind its customers. I highly recommend Get Gambit.

Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome… informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. His follow up shows me that he takes pride in how his company works. Definitely ain't cheap lol but if you have an insurance carrier that covers a portion of it I would say go for it. We'll see what happens in the next few months with this 55 yr old

THE PROTOCOL

What is joint and tissue repair peptide?

A daily oral peptide protocol.

Joint and tissue repair peptide is an oral medicine taken once each morning with water. It’s prescribed by a specialist, prepared in a Canadian pharmacy under that prescription, and intended as a multi-month course rather than something you take only when something hurts. It sits in a category of its own — not a supplement you’d buy off a shelf, not a painkiller that masks symptoms — and that’s the most useful thing to know before reading further.

How does the protocol work?

The protocol works by supporting your body’s repair processes for muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints — gently, over weeks of consistent use, rather than acutely from any single dose. You take one capsule each morning across a titrated course. Our specialist sets the course based on your intake and bloodwork, and a Canadian licensed pharmacy prepares it to that prescription. The effect builds in the background while you train, sleep, and recover; most patients describe it as soreness that lifts sooner and stiffness that takes less time to shake.

Is this protocol right for me?

It fits active adults whose recovery between training, work, or daily wear isn’t bouncing back the way it used to — the runner whose long runs cost three rest days instead of one, the lifter whose shoulders take a week to settle, the weekend climber whose old knee never quite stopped talking. It fits people who want a structured course of medicine under specialist supervision rather than another rotating stack of supplements they have to remember on their own. It does not fit anyone whose intake or bloodwork flags an active cancer history, a current peptide therapy, certain hormone-sensitive conditions, or pregnancy. Whether this protocol is the right fit for you — or whether something else on our shelf would serve your case better — is a clinical call our specialist makes after reading your intake and your panel.

Peptide therapy that didn’t come from a forum thread.

Prescribed by our specialist, prepared by a Canadian pharmacy, on a structured course — not pulled off a vendor site.

  • Whether peptide therapy is the right path for you — our specialist decides after reading your intake.
  • Each prescription is written from scratch — your intake, your dose, not a template you found online.
  • Not an unregulated vial, not a wellness-aisle product, not a YouTube tutorial — a prescription.
  • Specialist-prescribed, prepared by a licensed Canadian pharmacy, on a course the specialist set — not a guess.

Joint & Tissue Repair Peptide FAQs

Still have questions? Book a call with our health team

Is this the same as the BPC-157 I see on forums and online?

Same molecule family, different supply chain. The vials and capsules sold by research-peptide vendors and recommended on gym-locker-room threads are unregulated — no Canadian prescription, no licensed pharmacy preparing them, no specialist reviewing your medical history before you use them, no medical record if something goes wrong. The protocol here is prescribed by our internal medicine specialist after intake and bloodwork, prepared to your prescription by a Canadian licensed pharmacy, and dispensed under provincial pharmacy oversight. The peptide is the peptide. What changes is who’s standing behind the prescription, who’s preparing the medicine, and whether your medical history was part of the decision. That’s the chain that’s worth paying for.

What about the cancer-risk concerns I've seen mentioned?

The concern is theoretical and worth naming directly. Peptides that influence tissue growth and cell repair share a class-level question — could the same biology that supports recovery also accelerate the growth of cells that shouldn’t be growing? The available data on this peptide hasn’t shown carcinogenic effects, but human long-term data is limited, and the question hasn’t been closed by the published research either way.

Here’s what that means operationally for the protocol:

  • Intake screens for personal and family cancer history. Active or recent cancer is a contraindication — our specialist won’t prescribe.
  • The bloodwork panel and intake review let our specialist see anything in your medical history that changes the calculation before a prescription is issued.
  • If new symptoms come up during the protocol that warrant a different workup, your Gambit health team routes that to our specialist.

We won’t tell you the theoretical concern is settled — it isn’t. We will tell you the protocol is designed to screen the people for whom the theoretical concern matters most.

Will it interact with my supplements or other medications?

The honest answer is “tell our specialist everything and we’ll work through it together.” Peptides have minimal interaction with the major drug-metabolism pathways most prescription medications use, which is part of why they’re attractive for patients already on other therapies. That said, the protocol can interact with anti-inflammatories, blood thinners, immune-modulating medications, and other peptide or hormone therapies you might already be on — sometimes in ways that change the dose, sometimes in ways that change the sequencing, occasionally in ways that mean the protocol isn’t the right fit while another therapy is active. Common recovery-stack staples — collagen, creatine, glucosamine, magnesium, fish oil, standard multivitamins — generally sit fine alongside the protocol, but our specialist still wants to see them on your intake form. The intake captures all of this. The bloodwork captures the rest. The protocol gets prescribed once our specialist has the full picture.

What if the protocol doesn't work for me?

The case routes back to our specialist. The first thing reviewed is how you’ve been taking the protocol — timing, consistency, whether you’ve worked through the full stepped dose schedule rather than stopping early at the lower doses. Recovery from joint and tissue strain builds across weeks of consistent use, not from a single dose, and the most common reason the protocol underperforms is that the patient stopped before the schedule built fully.

If the way you’ve been taking it isn’t the issue, our specialist looks at what else might be — whether the underlying problem is the right indication for this protocol in the first place (a torn meniscus or advanced arthritis, for example, may need a different intervention), whether a different therapy on the Peptides shelf is a better fit, or whether the protocol needs to be sequenced alongside something else like a physiotherapy plan. That’s a clinical decision our specialist makes together with you.

How long can I stay on the protocol?

The protocol is structured as a stepped dose schedule that builds over your first months on it, with a maintenance phase after. How long you stay on the maintenance dose is a clinical decision made between you and our specialist — based on how the early phase went, what symptoms you came in with, whether they’re resolving, and what your follow-up bloodwork shows. The protocol isn’t designed as something you take indefinitely on autopilot. It also isn’t a fixed-length course that everyone stops at the same point. Some patients run the full course and discontinue. Some renew for a second cycle after a break. Our specialist makes the renewal call with you when the time comes, based on how your body has actually responded.

How is this different from collagen, glucosamine, or anti-inflammatories?

Collagen and glucosamine are supplements — they provide raw material or nutritional support that your body may use in its repair processes. The evidence base for them is mixed and the dose-response is hard to pin down. Anti-inflammatories work in the opposite direction: they reduce inflammation and the pain signal it sends, but they don’t influence the underlying tissue repair itself. Long-term anti-inflammatory use has its own cost profile — gut lining, kidney function, cardiovascular load.

The protocol here works differently from both. It’s a prescribed peptide that’s intended to support the body’s tissue repair processes directly, taken under specialist oversight as a course rather than indefinitely. None of this means you should stop your supplements or your prescribed anti-inflammatories — disclose them all at intake, and our specialist will tell you what stays, what stops, and what gets sequenced differently.

What if my problem is more serious, like a torn meniscus or arthritis?

The protocol is designed to support recovery from soft-tissue strain, tendinopathy, ligament wear, and the lingering inflammation that builds up around overworked joints. It’s not designed to regenerate cartilage that’s already gone, to reverse advanced osteoarthritis, or to repair a structurally torn ligament or meniscus — those problems need imaging, an orthopaedic opinion, and often a different intervention path than a daily peptide.

That said: many patients with structural damage also have surrounding soft-tissue inflammation that the protocol can ease, and some imaging-confirmed injuries are managed with a combination of physiotherapy and supportive medication. If you’re not sure where your problem sits on that spectrum, tell our specialist what you know — what’s been diagnosed, what imaging you’ve had, what other clinicians have said. Our specialist will tell you honestly whether this protocol is part of the right path for your case, or whether the right first step is somewhere else.
