About this medication
Climax Control Tablet is a daily oral medication prescribed for premature ejaculation. It belongs to a class of medicines called SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), which act on the serotonin pathways in the brain that influence the ejaculatory reflex. Taken consistently, it gradually delays ejaculation and gives you steadier control during sex. It does not cure premature ejaculation; it provides ongoing control while you continue to take it as prescribed.
Our internal medicine specialist will determine whether this is the right option for you based on your intake, your symptoms, and the rest of your medication and health history.
How to use it
- Take one tablet at the same time each day, with or without food.
- Most men begin to feel the effect after their first weeks of consistent daily use — the effect builds over time, not overnight.
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Never double up.
- An as-needed option (one tablet 3 to 4 hours before sex) may be available if our specialist determines it’s a better fit for you. Follow the dosing instructions on your prescription, not the alternative pattern, unless our specialist tells you otherwise.
- Do not stop taking this medication suddenly. If you and the specialist on your case decide to stop, you’ll be guided through a tapering plan to avoid withdrawal symptoms.
Common side effects
- Mild nausea or upset stomach.
- Drowsiness or fatigue, especially in the first weeks.
- Dry mouth.
- Mild dizziness or lightheadedness.
Less common side effects
- Mood changes, including increased anxiety or agitation.
- Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection.
- Reduced libido or changes in sexual function.
- Weight changes.

- Difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or throat, or any signs of an allergic reaction.
- Sudden, unusual changes in mood, thinking, or behaviour — including new or worsening anxiety, depression, agitation, or thoughts of self-harm.
- Symptoms of serotonin syndrome — high fever, fast heart rate, severe agitation, tremor, confusion, or muscle stiffness — particularly if you’ve recently started or changed another medication.
- Withdrawal symptoms (irritability, dizziness, flu-like feelings, sensory disturbances) if a dose has been missed or the regimen stopped without tapering.
Who this is not for
- Anyone currently taking an MAOI (monoamine oxidase inhibitor), thioridazine, or pimozide. These combinations are dangerous.
- Anyone with a known allergy to this medication or other SSRIs.
- Women, children, and adolescents — this product is prescribed for adult men only.
- Anyone with a personal history of bipolar disorder, active suicidal thoughts, or untreated psychiatric conditions, unless our specialist explicitly clears you.
Drug and substance interactions to disclose
- All other prescription medications, including other antidepressants, triptans, tramadol, blood thinners, and anti-seizure medications.
- Over-the-counter supplements, including St. John’s Wort.
- Alcohol — limit consumption while on this regimen. Alcohol increases drowsiness and reduces how well the medication works.
- Recreational substances, including MDMA — combination risks are serious.
Tell our specialist about every medication, supplement, and substance you use, plus any history of mood disorders, bleeding disorders, liver or kidney conditions, or seizures. The specialist on your case will weigh those alongside your symptoms before issuing a prescription.
Storage
Store at room temperature (20–25 °C) in the original container. Keep away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Great experience with Get Gambit Clinic. The team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. I've even added my wife to the program because of how good the experience has been. Highly recommend.
Gambit was amazing , it definitely changed my life. At first to be honest I thought I was paying too much until I started treatment. I was getting checked in on frequently. I had all my inquiries and calls answered with in 24 hours even on weekends. I had amazing check up time with proper care and proper explanation of my blood work. The quality of care is honestly very different from the clinic I came from and it's the best I have seen.
Very professional team and great service. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you're taken care of. Really happy with my experience
Great experience overall. The team at Get Gambit was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the process felt smooth and well organized. I appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a reliable team.
Has been super good so far. Anytime I have any questions about anything they are always happy to help. The process was pretty straightforward and simple. Starting to feel much better.
Get Gambit has been the best! Best decision ever!! The customer service has been phenomenal, You can tell Get Gambit values the patient experience. From intake to consultation, everything felt structured but still personal. They took time to understand the situation instead of offering a generic solution.. I know what a great company looks like, they treat their customers like kings. Eric has been very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Salim tailored a custom plan to my needs. All the assessments were virtual which was very convenient for me. The medications are usually covered by the insurance and deliveries have discreet and really fast. Highly grateful for finding this professional online clinic, again best decision ever!!
This feels like how healthcare should be in 2026: efficient, digital, and personalized. Booking was easy, the consultation was smooth and totally free and the care plan made sense. From my first inquiry to my follow-up appointment, the customer service at Get Gambit exceptionally stood out, Eric has been very helpful. Every message was answered quickly and clearly. I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. The team made sure I understood each step and checked in afterward to see how things were going. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference.
I had an excellent experience with Get Gambit. I ran into a delivery issue where the carrier lost my package containing a three-month supply of TRT and Pregnyl. Despite the situation being out of their control, Eric handled the case quickly and professionally. He took charge of the issue right away and arranged for my order to be reshipped at no additional cost. The communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. Great customer service, reliable support, and a company that truly stands behind its customers. I highly recommend Get Gambit.
Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome… informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. His follow up shows me that he takes pride in how his company works. Definitely ain't cheap lol but if you have an insurance carrier that covers a portion of it I would say go for it. We'll see what happens in the next few months with this 55 yr old
THE PROTOCOL
What is the Climax Control Tablet?
A daily oral SSRI tablet.
The Climax Control Tablet is a low-dose oral medication taken to delay ejaculation. It belongs to a class of medications called SSRIs — the same class commonly prescribed for anxiety, depression, and a number of other conditions — but at a low dose, used specifically for premature ejaculation, with a long clinical track record going back more than twenty years. It can be taken two ways: as part of a steady daily protocol that builds effect over your first weeks of consistent use, or as needed, three to four hours before sex. Our specialist decides which approach fits your case after reading your intake.
How does the Climax Control Tablet work?
SSRIs work by adjusting how the brain handles serotonin — a chemical signal involved in mood, anxiety, and the timing of the ejaculatory reflex. At the low dose used here, the tablet raises serotonin activity just enough to lengthen the signal that triggers ejaculation, which translates into more time and more control during sex. On a steady daily protocol, that effect builds gradually as your body adjusts, and the benefit holds as long as the daily dose is maintained. Taken as needed instead, the effect is more acute — a single dose three to four hours before sex creates a temporary serotonin lift that does the same job in the moment. Either way, the tablet is prescribed and reviewed by our specialist, dispensed by a Canadian pharmacy under Canadian regulation, and adjusted over time based on how you respond.
Is the Climax Control Tablet right for me?
It fits men who want ongoing, day-to-day control over how quickly they finish — the kind of control that’s available whenever it’s needed, not only on planned occasions. It often fits men whose premature ejaculation has an anxious or in-your-head edge, since the same serotonin pathway that lengthens the ejaculatory signal also tends to quiet background anxiety as a secondary effect. It may not fit men taking certain other medications, men with a history of bipolar disorder, or men whose intake flags a specific reason an SSRI is not appropriate — those are decisions our specialist makes after a full review. Whether the daily protocol, the as-needed approach, or a combination with our topical option is the right fit is a clinical call our specialist makes after reading your intake.

Will an SSRI like this change my mood or personality?
For most men, no — the dose used for ejaculation control sits at the low end of the SSRI dosing range and is well below the doses used for depression or anxiety. The serotonin signal we’re nudging is the one that times ejaculation; the broader mood and personality changes patients hear about are more common at higher doses over longer periods. That said, a small share of men do notice mood changes in the first weeks — most often mild anxiety, a flatter mood, or feeling slightly less reactive. If you notice it, name it on your next check-in instead of pushing through. Our health team checks in through the early weeks and flags anything that needs adjusting.
How long until I notice the tablet working?
It depends on the protocol our specialist sets. On the daily tablet, the effect builds steadily as your body adjusts to consistent dosing — most men notice meaningful control somewhere in their first weeks of use, not on day one. On the as-needed protocol, one tablet 3 to 4 hours before sex acts within that same window. The daily path trades a longer ramp for steadier, predictable control; the as-needed path trades day-of planning for faster onset. Neither path is universally better — they suit different rhythms. Our specialist sets expectations during intake; our health team checks in on the rhythm with you over your first months.
Can I still drink alcohol while taking the tablet?
Moderate drinking generally isn’t a problem on this tablet, but heavier drinking is. Alcohol amplifies the drowsiness the SSRI can cause early on and works against the control you’re taking the tablet for — both effects show up faster with a larger drink or more drinks in a session. The practical rule is the same one our specialist gives any patient on a daily mood-axis medication: scale back during the early weeks until you know how your body handles the combination, then resume at a measured pace. Daily life doesn’t otherwise change — the tablet is a same-time-of-day pill, taken with or without food, and most men find it slots into their routine without much thought. Our specialist will tell you what to scale back on and when.
What if the tablet doesn’t work or causes side effects?
Either case routes back to our specialist on the same prescription. The year of prescription includes one regimen change — if the tablet isn’t giving you the control you wanted, or if a side effect is in the way, our specialist reviews what’s happening and adjusts. Most side effects (nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness) fade as your body adjusts over the first weeks; if they don’t, the dose or the timing can change. A meaningful minority of men on any SSRI notice sexual side effects — lower libido, delayed orgasm, or trouble with erections — and the honest answer is that we don’t know which men will until they try. If you have any of those, name it; our specialist can switch you to the topical spray or to a combined approach, depending on what your case actually needs. The $37.50 assessment fee covers the prescription itself — no second payment to make a change within the year.
How is the tablet different from the spray?
Different mechanism, different rhythm. The tablet is an oral SSRI taken systemically — either as a daily pill or as needed a few hours before sex — and works on the central serotonin signal that times ejaculation, so the control persists across encounters rather than living in one window. The Climax Control Spray is topical and on-demand — applied 15 to 30 minutes before sex, working at the application site, with effect tapering off in 1 to 2 hours. Neither is universally better; they suit different rhythms and different bodies. Our specialist looks at your intake — your schedule, your tolerance for daily medication, your partner-context, any history of mood or sexual side effects on similar molecules — and tells you which one suits your case. Some patients are better served by combining both under our specialist’s guidance.
What if I have ED issues too, not just PE?
Different programs, different intake — but the same specialist. PE and ED are separate conditions with separate treatments; if both apply, you’d typically complete two intakes and our specialist would review them together. ED has its own medication shelf at Gambit (oral options that work on a per-occasion or daily basis), and the assessment fee structure is the same $37.50 form-based gate. If you’re not sure which is the bigger issue or whether both are in play, name what you’re noticing on the intake — the more our specialist sees, the better the call. Our specialist will tell you whether to start one program first, both at once, or whether one issue resolves the other.
