Important safety information
About this medication
Climax Control Spray is a topical numbing spray prescribed by our internal medicine specialist and prepared in a Health Canada-licensed Canadian pharmacy. Applied topically before sex, it briefly reduces nerve sensitivity at the application site so that ejaculation is delayed during intercourse. It does not enter your bloodstream meaningfully when used as directed, and it does not cure premature ejaculation — it provides temporary, on-demand control during the window of effect.
How to use it
- Apply a small amount to the head and shaft of the penis approximately 15 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.
- Massage gently until fully absorbed.
- Wash the treated area thoroughly with soap and water before intercourse to prevent transferring the numbing effect to your partner.
- Do not overapply. Using more does not improve the effect — it reduces sensation more than you want.
- The numbing effect typically lasts 1 to 2 hours.
Common side effects
- Temporary redness or irritation at the application site.
- Mild burning or itching sensation.
- Reduced sensation in your partner if the area is not washed before contact.
- Excessive numbness if too much is applied.
Rare but serious — stop use and contact your Gambit health team or seek medical care
- Allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing).
- Prolonged numbness or loss of sensation that does not resolve after the expected window.
- Bluish skin or lips, shortness of breath, dizziness, or unusual fatigue after application.
Who this is not for
- Anyone with a known allergy to topical numbing medications.
- Anyone with a personal or family history of blood-oxygen disorders or G6PD deficiency.
- Application to broken, inflamed, or infected skin.
- Women and children — this product is prescribed for adult men only.

Honest reviews for Gambit.
To be honest, I thought It was expensive at first, but I realized later on after my 90 day mark that it was worth every penny I paid for I've definitely put a few of my friends on and they're also doing amazing.

The clinic is accessible 7 days a week, and being able to get a specialist review within 24-48 hours instead of waiting months makes a huge difference. Highly recommend

Even tho I'm younger I never knew how much I was lacking in my health, they have honestly changed my life and the expertise and medical knowledge they have surpass any doctor I have ever worked with. If you have brain fog and your tired and you don't know what's up, you have to contact getgambit and get the comprehensive assessment done, you'll learn a lot about your body that you've never known before
Great experience with Get Gambit Clinic. The team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. I've even added my wife to the program because of how good the experience has been. Highly recommend.
Gambit was amazing , it definitely changed my life. At first to be honest I thought I was paying too much until I started treatment. I was getting checked in on frequently. I had all my inquiries and calls answered with in 24 hours even on weekends. I had amazing check up time with proper care and proper explanation of my blood work. The quality of care is honestly very different from the clinic I came from and it's the best I have seen.
Very professional team and great service. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you're taken care of. Really happy with my experience
Great experience overall. The team at Get Gambit was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the process felt smooth and well organized. I appreciated the responsiveness and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a reliable team.
Has been super good so far. Anytime I have any questions about anything they are always happy to help. The process was pretty straightforward and simple. Starting to feel much better.
Get Gambit has been the best! Best decision ever!! The customer service has been phenomenal, You can tell Get Gambit values the patient experience. From intake to consultation, everything felt structured but still personal. They took time to understand the situation instead of offering a generic solution.. I know what a great company looks like, they treat their customers like kings. Eric has been very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Salim tailored a custom plan to my needs. All the assessments were virtual which was very convenient for me. The medications are usually covered by the insurance and deliveries have discreet and really fast. Highly grateful for finding this professional online clinic, again best decision ever!!
This feels like how healthcare should be in 2026: efficient, digital, and personalized. Booking was easy, the consultation was smooth and totally free and the care plan made sense. From my first inquiry to my follow-up appointment, the customer service at Get Gambit exceptionally stood out, Eric has been very helpful. Every message was answered quickly and clearly. I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. The team made sure I understood each step and checked in afterward to see how things were going. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference.
I had an excellent experience with Get Gambit. I ran into a delivery issue where the carrier lost my package containing a three-month supply of TRT and Pregnyl. Despite the situation being out of their control, Eric handled the case quickly and professionally. He took charge of the issue right away and arranged for my order to be reshipped at no additional cost. The communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. Great customer service, reliable support, and a company that truly stands behind its customers. I highly recommend Get Gambit.
Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome… informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. His follow up shows me that he takes pride in how his company works. Definitely ain't cheap lol but if you have an insurance carrier that covers a portion of it I would say go for it. We'll see what happens in the next few months with this 55 yr old
THE FORMAT
What is climax control spray?
A topical, on-demand format.
Climax control spray is a topical medication you apply to skin shortly before sex. It’s prescribed by a specialist, prepared by a Canadian pharmacy to your prescription, and used in the moment rather than taken on a daily schedule. Two things define the format: it acts where you apply it, and it works on the timetable you set — not the other way around. That’s what makes it different from a daily oral medication or an SSRI.
How does climax control spray work?
You apply the spray 15 to 30 minutes before sex. It briefly reduces sensitivity at the area you apply it to — enough to delay ejaculation, while keeping the sensation you actually want to feel. The effect is local, not systemic; nothing crosses into your bloodstream in any meaningful amount, and nothing stays around long after. Our specialist reviews your intake and writes the prescription, and a Canadian pharmacy prepares the spray to that prescription. That’s the whole chain — application, effect, oversight, fulfillment — and every link in it is something we control.
Is climax control spray right for me?
It fits adult men who want a way to delay ejaculation without taking a daily pill, without changing their mood or libido, and without committing to a regimen they have to remember every day. It fits men who already know roughly when they’re going to be intimate and want to use something only on those occasions — not in the background of their week. It does not fit anyone whose intake flags an allergy to topical anesthetics, broken or irritated skin where the spray would be applied, or pregnancy in a partner. Whether the spray is the right choice for you — or whether something else on our shelf fits your case better — is a clinical call our specialist makes after reading your intake.

The Executive Ceiling is Biological.
Introducing Gambit Gold — Canada’s most advanced executive health program. It gives you direct, one-on-one video meetings with Dr. Hatem Salim — Gambit’s medical director and Director of Internal Medicine at Western University — on demand. He walks you through your file and explains exactly what every marker means, and what to do next.
A yearly physical sees a snapshot. Gold builds a record.
Will I or my partner end up feeling numb?
Dose-dependent. The spray reduces sensitivity at the application site; that’s the mechanism. When dosed correctly, you feel less of the runaway intensity that triggers ejaculation early, but the sensation worth having stays. Apply too much and the spray does what every topical numbing medication does — it numbs more than you wanted. Two practical rules to follow. First, start with the small amount our specialist tells you and adjust from there over the next few uses. Second, wash the application area thoroughly before intercourse — that step keeps the spray from transferring to your partner. The safety panel above lists the full guidance on side effects and what to flag. Our specialist will calibrate the dose with you during intake and adjust if the first few uses feel off.
Can I use a condom with the spray?
Yes — condoms are compatible with the spray’s intended use, especially if you follow the wash-off step before intercourse. A condom is also a sensible second layer against partner transfer if your timing is tight or you skipped the wash-off. The spray itself is applied to skin, not to a condom; you don’t apply it to a condom and then wear the condom. If you’re using condoms for contraception or STI protection, keep doing that — the spray doesn’t replace either, and our specialist will confirm the right approach for your situation during intake.
Is this the same as the over-the-counter delay sprays I've seen?
Same active ingredients in the same family, different supply chain. The over-the-counter delay sprays you see on offshore marketplaces and big-box online stores are unregulated retail products — no Canadian prescription, no Health Canada-licensed pharmacy, no specialist review of your medical history before you use them. The Climax Control Spray is prepared in a Canadian licensed pharmacy on a prescription from our internal medicine specialist, sized for the dose our specialist set for you, and dispensed under Canadian pharmacy oversight. The clinical decision behind the prescription, the specific concentration and vehicle, and the pharmacist who prepares it are the parts that change — not the molecule class. That’s the difference worth paying for.
What if the spray doesn't work for me?
The case routes back to our specialist. Your prescription includes one regimen change during the year — if the spray isn’t giving you the control you wanted, our specialist reviews how you’re using it (timing, amount, wash-off step) and adjusts. If the dose calibration isn’t the issue, the case can move to the daily-or-PRN oral option on the same prescription, or to a combined approach that pairs the two — that’s a clinical decision our specialist makes together with you, based on what your case actually needs. The $37.50 assessment fee covers the prescription itself; you don’t re-pay to make a change within the year.
How is the spray different from the tablet?
Different mechanism, different rhythm. The spray is topical and on-demand — applied 15 to 30 minutes before sex, working at the application site, with effect tapering off in 1 to 2 hours. The Climax Control Tablet is an oral medication with a daily or as-needed dosing protocol — taken systemically, with steady-state coverage on the daily protocol and a few-hours-ahead lead time on the as-needed protocol. Neither one is universally better; they suit different cases. Our specialist reviews your intake — sensitivity profile, schedule, partner-context, prior treatment history, what side-effect profile you’re willing to live with — and tells you which one suits your case. Some patients are better served by combining both under our specialist’s guidance.
What if I have ED issues too, not just PE?
Different programs, different intake — but the same specialist. PE and ED are separate conditions with separate treatments; if both apply, you’d typically complete two intakes and our specialist would review them together. ED has its own medication shelf at Gambit (oral options that work on a per-occasion or daily basis), and the assessment fee structure is the same $37.50 form-based gate. If you’re not sure which is the bigger issue or whether both are in play, name what you’re noticing on the intake — the more our specialist sees, the better the call. Our specialist will tell you whether to start one program first, both at once, or whether one issue resolves the other.
